    On getting a housemanship placement

Welcome back to my space. šŸ˜€ So in my last post, I wrote about how I occupied myself post-graduation/pre-housemanship. This post is about how I got my housemanship placement in a place I never would have thought of. I started my housemanship programme in October 2018, about 3 months after I was officially inducted into the medical profession and roughly 6 months after writing (and passing!) my final professional exam in medical school. So I was reachable majorly via phone calls and text messages. This ‘hiatus’ lasted 10 days. My goal this period wasnā€™t to cut me off from the rest of the world but to reduce…

    On starting new things

For a really long while, I fantasized about having my own personal space on the net where I get to share stuff. Although the idea sounded exciting, I initially wondered what exactly Iā€™d post about. You see, I like to write, mostly for my personal consumption, although I shared some publicly once in a while. But when it came to writing on my own blog space, I couldnā€™t figure out what to write; will it be short stories or poems? What exactly will I post? I didn’t think there was anything interesting that I’d want to share, I also wasnā€™t a fashion enthusiast (I still am not) so a lifestyle…
