Musings || On working as a medical doctor
There's a whole hype about how being a medical doctor is a really tasking job and as a medical doctor myself, I sometimes feel like that hype might be overrated. This experience during my housejob year made me thing differently.

Travels|| A road trip to Erin-Ijesha
About two weekends ago, I joined the league of people who can proudly boast of visiting Erin-Ijesha waterfalls at least once! I went there with a friend and it was a really beautiful experience which I’ll tell you about in this post. So, a little backstory about this trip. Earlier in the year, I felt a need for a sort of midyear getaway ’cause house job year and life in general can get a bit overwhelming and a break is needed every once in a while. The first time I stumbled on ‘You Say’, it resonated with me on so many levels. It felt like someone singing about my life. And as I listened to it, I realized how far I’ve come over the years. In this fast paced world, with access to so much more…

Being unapologetic about your growth.
One of the reasons why I decided to finally start this blog is to document and share my experiences going through life, along with lessons learnt from them. I find some sort of release in doing this via writing, hence my preference for Twitter over Instagram on my social media list. The most recent experience I had was deciding to change my work place from a rural area to a more urban centre. This might sound like a no-brainer but it wasn’t exactly that for me. I am one to ponder a lot on things, almost to a detrimental level. I used to worry about this part of me in…
